I waited 3 weeks for mine plus the c14S the last time
I ordered 4 identical units and the order shows 2 + 1 + 1... I hope they are not going to break it into 3 different shipments at different dates.

really /facepalm... ordered 4 of the same model Noctua fans, Amazon split into 3 different shipment dates with 3 different tracking numbers.

really WTF sia... so I"ll be expecting to receive 2 on the 6th, 1 on 9th and the last one not send out yet (all different courier).

I checkout all under the same order number but they split up into 3 different shipments with 3 different delivery dates and different couriers.

Why would I order them separately? If I want 4 of the same item under the same seller?

common sense wat...

why would I complain about a mistake I made myself knowing I would get different delivery/shipping if I order them separately? This is not the first time I am ordering something on Amazon.

I also know wait a bit longer all will eventually arrive but you try to wait at home on 3 different delivery dates just to receive a stupid fan? not ridiculous if you the one kenna the same thing meh?

No issue for me coming separately. Could have ask Amazon why they ship out one order into 3 delivery and ask for compensation anyway.

Good luck waiting.

Good luck waiting. They are better/similar performance fans you can get locally anyway.
I complained to the Amazon CSO and the guy basically asked me to "suck it up" and wait for it, there nothing much he can do... LoL

First time buying such performance fans, I checked other brands (T30, Artic, BeQuiet etc...) mentioned in this thread but most comes as 12V and 4pins but I need 120mm 5v with USB adapter (I use them to cool routers, ONT and NUCs) and only Noctua NF-A12x25 model comes close to my requirement. Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10 have ridiculous markup pricing, even Amazon.sg pricing is $136 for each unit of the model. I could just go with cheaper China-brand 120mm USB fans to get by but they generally doesn't last long and not efficient enough.

The problem is I am not buying from any other 3rd party seller or reseller but direct manufacturer with their own flagship storefront on Amazon.com, if this is the downside for everyone whos buying from them directly then their customer service quality standard leaves too much to be desired.

means shipped already... you can get your tracking number, see who is your courier and track your order movement with it, usually the shipping will arrive within a week rather than 2 as eta given. Most likely you can expect your parcel on the 1st or 2nd this week but check with your tracking number to confirm.

You already feedback to Amazon, the amazon guy ask u to suck it up. Why don't you rise your concern to Noctua itself?

The Amazon CSO said already helped me feedback my case to Noctua while we were chatting.

I know the outcome also useless one so I will just give 1-star negative feedback on their product page in due time.

3 times 1-star negative reviews should make some impact.

It does not make sense to us, but there must be a reason why they did that. Likely due to stock issue. Otherwise, they won't want to split it into 3 shipments since each shipment will cost them. Anyway, I am not sure if you are really dealing with Noctua directly because a lot of times, I noticed that even though it says Noctua, its a third party seller. Even the supposed Noctua store have redirected me to 3rd party sellers before.

It is the official Noctua store. I checked my order details, seller is listed as Noctua Cooling Solutions and business is registered in Austria.

for us Singaporeans if you noticed... if there no stocks available from authorized seller or Amazon directly, the product sales page won't reflect the listing price and there no "Add to Cart" & "Buy Now button", you must click on "See All Buying Options" to see them where a list of reseller pricings + shipping cost will be there. This is also applicable to products that the brand/Amazon not shipping directly to Singapore too. 3rd party resellers also usually have marked up pricing+shipping you should have noticed the discrepancies.

As far as I can see, my orders are sent out from 3 different Amazon facilities namely San Bernardino, California US, Dfw Airport, TEXAS US and Hebron, KENTUCKY US. You are right they might have stocks issue, if I had ordered only 2 units then I won't have such delivery problem but I snapped up the last 4 units (as it indicated last 4 qty). I have no time to think as I saw it went from available qty:10 to 6 and then to last 4 within a day so if I missed it I could have to wait for some time until they restock again.

Dunno whether I should count my blessing as 5v 3/4 pins now all no stocks already.

They went through the trouble of sourcing your fans from all over the country and paying for multiple shipping packages just so you can get the quantity you need but you are unhappy with them. :ROFLMAO:

but this is NOT my problem. You put last 4 qty available on sale, I snap them up then you come tell me I ship you 2 on 6th, 1 on 9th and the last one on the 13th.

If this happens to you? will you bitch about it having to wait for delivery 3 different dates and 3 different timing?
