non removable battery means when the battery becomes bloated, can say byebye to phone liao.

esp now when phones are so powerful, a flagship model can easily last a few generations. good for hand me downs :D

cannot change new battery with the vendor?

LG’s Frank Lee explained that the material the G Flex 2 is made up of contains a lot of hydrogen atoms. When there’s a scratch, an indentation is made on a microscopic level; when the atoms are pushed together, they naturally want go back to their original spot, thus “healing” the device. There’s a lot of scientific mumbo jumbo, but your shiny new device should look new even after some wear and tear. LG said the device is capable of healing in a matter of seconds this generation, not minutes.

However, if you do scratch the device to such an extent that the material comes off, it’ll be less capable of healing itself. LG admits that the G Flex 2 isn’t indestructible, but it should be able to withstand everyday use, scuffs and the like. Naturally, we wanted to test out the G Flex 2’s new technology to see how it would withstand the kind of abuse a phone might go through on a daily basis.

they should release the classic colour liek black white and gold beforee trying out new colour

Yes, these classic colors will never go wrong.

Especially BLACK!

more phones are going the non-removable battery route.

This is really sad... last time I purchased S3 because got removable battery. Now i think they change to non-removable angered some people lo. Worse, S6 no microSD slot = GG.

Got confident that LG G4 won't fall into such traps.

I'm so tempted to comment... but I've signed NDA :x

Hint: think positive :o

Vjay no scared, moi back u up :s12:

Though below is leak but most of the time, they are 90% correct. #VjayHint+1

Expandable memory! Removable battery!

That's right folks, LG is now the sole major manufacturer to offer both a removable battery and microSD slot, at least according to the recent leaks.

Previously Android power users and media hoarders had Samsung's flagships as an alternative for swapping out batteries and micro SD cards, but now the G4 looks set to be their only choice if they want both options.

This could give the G4 the edge for certain users over the Samsung Galaxy S6 which offers neither option, or the HTC One M9 which only provides a microSD slot.
