When is Mi6 launch?

Guys I updated the so called fake rom aka shop room thru fast boot to 8.2.2.0. After the nightmarish problems of installing the global and development rom from mi website and finding out they don't include Google play I reinstalled the fake rom which is an update from the original 8.2.0.0 I think when I first unboxed it.

The problem with the older shop rom was that it couldn't connect as a theterhing device to 3 other devices. The newer one is better but still has problems certainly didn't match up to my mi4i which provided unending internet to 3 other devices with no disconnection. Also I discover my mi6 somehow cannot connect wirelessly with my mibox. No reasons given.

Yup it's quite a disappointment to me despite the very high benchmark scores.

I installed the global stable 8.2.2.0 (NCAMIEC). It comes with Google store and all the Google services? Everything works fine.

Did you wipe all when installing the global ROM? It is necessary to do a clean install becos you are having weird problems. When use miflash, choose the option to flash_all and it will all including data and internal storage. Do a backup of ur data first, copy to ur PC first tho so you can copy/ restore them later

Did you wipe all when installing the global ROM? It is necessary to do a clean install becos you are having weird problems. The charging reboot, nfc sim resolved already. Back panel gap is due to first xiaomi phone to use water resistant adhesive tape instead of snap clips. Did not noticed wifi disconnect or thoroughly search for backlight leak. While charging and running benchmark max temperature is around 43 degrees. Not very hot and concentrated at one corner

Using for more than a month, no gaps, no light leakage, no WiFi issue, no reset while charging, NFC works fine. Yes it does get hot when charging especially if u use the phone while plugged in to charger. Think by now most of the bugs have been resolved?

You need to make sure under secure element position. Select HCE wallet instead of embedded secure element.

Well it is around 510 SGD from xiaomi China before u factor in courier and gst. So yeah 560 SGD is a pretty good price
