Hi, I couldn’t find much information on this, but I’m looking to have a tuxedo made for my wedding and would appreciate some recommendations for tailors.

I am looking to spend around $1.5k to $1.8k on the tux, and have quite a bit of time as the event is at the end of the year.

You have the time and budget to tailor a nice tuxedo using European fabrics. I suggest you look at IG photos of tailors who did tuxedos before.

Another trunk show by Ascottage and BBtailors this weekend. You know tailors have good business when even overseas tailors want to come to Singapore for a slice of the market pie.

Think Ehkay better than Mohan. Then again, for a noob, would suggest going to tailor that you have chemistry with and good in service and communication. I doubt there is a proper style consultant for Mohan or Ehkay. Honest fitter is important for noob because you may not be able to tell what needs improvement

seems like only the old tailors at CYC are good these days?

gave an opportunity to one of the younger ones recently and he couldn't even get the lapel size right. Even want to lie to me, what a joke.

Hello, I am planning to do some short sleeve shirts in hcmc using my own fabric. I contacted the tailors online and I received quotes between 600k vnd to 1.2mil vnd. I would like to check whether is 1.2mil vnd for a short sleeve shirt using my own fabric a reasonable price? The tailor said that they will allow 1 fitting and they will do all the buttons sewing by hand. Thanks.

planning to do trouser and suit.

have been using seamless bespoke and sze sze - there seems to be something off with the trousers.

am thinking of going with KayJen or Meiko, or any other “better” tailors. any reviews or the two and open to recommendations

Are your trousers from Seamless bespoke or MTM? How are they off?
