I dont understand some one mindset. Who wanna buy or skip just so be it lor. Whats the point of saying or judging if its the right time or right price?
Whether u are being hypocritical or not.

They will always be up and down. Unless u 100% confirm they are bound to win/lose out. Not possible right. U think u god meh?

I quite curious cushy job is earn how much a month one. And normal job is earn how much per month? Mind sharing? No need specific figure just a range will do.

Anw I personally don need we need to see inflation to see asset inflation.

These people cannot buy. So they cursed and swear for it to come down. Cmi. I laughed at those who kept saying it will come down. Telong telong, go read up why the property prices are up up up.

Normal job is about $4.5k+. "Cushy" job is about double of that.

The converse applies to those who rushed in to buy in euphoria and feel insecure about their purchases. They posts baseless one liner statements all the time. (e.g. SBC). Lol

Anyway so far, it is only new launch that is only up up up. And you should go read up on why it is so.

I guess it all depends on which course you studied and which industry you are entering. Perhaps your time is also different so good job, I'm sure your pay is higher now.

Haiz, actually healthcare not so high paying one, especially nurses. But still better than my old job in laboratory.. sometimes i feel jealous because newbies in job market fetch higher starting pay and hence get to save more and faster than what we had to go through. After 10 yrs working now only about 120k in OA account..

4.5k one person buy condo? Abit hard bro, even if u buy a 1 mil condo and upfront pay 500k. It will be abt say 1700/mth. 4.5k after cpf left 3600 after mortgage left 1900.

Why u worry? People rushed in to buy with the condo fully paid. U dont know that its fully paid off.

People got money to burn. U dont have. Do us a favour. Please go upgrade yourself. Dont come here and make a fool of yourself. Its a joke to tell others these people made mistake to buy houses when you cant even afford the installment. what a cheap shot. Btw statistics dont lie. Only daft like you will go against the trend. People like you will surely stay poor.
