You are not very smart either. Only just purchased. You’re super late into the game. Good luck. And thanks for supporting the developers.
The better opportunity is always “yesterday” for assets. Take a look at the stock market or Bitcoin currency, market seem to be bullish presently with the introduction of the vaccine.
yeah, but I personally feel the difference is - for property for most, there is only one entry point. for stocks there is dollar cost averaging strategy.
for property really must enter at the correct timing, and it's kind of hard to predict the trend ahead. a wrong entry point may take many years to break even
Agreed, but for stocks wrong entry point may take years to break even (or even not possible to do so if u buy a bad stock), for property the rental income can tide u by. Think there is also no best time to enter. Thus, one can only mitigate the risk by choosing a decent location and right project to enter.
There are dividend stocks out there, if you really need some form of fixed income...

COVID-19 triggered the crash of many stocks @ SGX.
I dollar averaged / bought near bottom as they went down ; STI ETF / CMT (CICT) /Ascott / SATS etc ... 20-50% capital gain is the norm.
Singapore property market: what COVID-19?
Bought earlier the better for most .
