1.5TB for $79 with local warranty is probably the lowest I've seen for now.

Can get if you aren't anti Seagate.

I paid US$99 for Seagate 4T Barracuda and free shipment.

With free shipment and 0 GST (for under $400 purchase), its hard to beat.

can't find this on Amazon... Please share link

3TB in BLUE ;)

For warranty...take a look @ https://pc.toshiba-asia.com/registeronline/

KEEP THE RECEIPT...

There is no product registration required for Toshiba Canvio® Portable Hard Drives or other Toshiba accessories. Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt) and present it for warranty claim

oh... looking for 4TB above but so far only seagate and WD... guess they bought the companies and thus only promote the two brands instead of the rest...

Amazon have Toshiba 5TB but warranty unknown...

maybe need to get this ones...

found at Bizgram have HGST Touro 4TB Ext Desktop but warranty unknown and at 234...

About 2 years ago i bought a 1TB lenovo external HDD from bizgram off qoo10 for $55. It spent a better part of its life in my fileserver/seed box and its still working to this day. Looking at the IT show prices for 1TB HDD all seem to be more expensive than the HDD I bought before...

Lol qoo10 can't be compare with those show. As those show prices are pretty much hovering at that price.
