Mine installed on Sat. During registering fingerprint need to press down a bit. After that to unlock just need a tap. Touch sensitivity not turned on.

Just had zeelot install at casefactorie. FP works without trouble from the start. Require a slight force on the area. Will try reinstall my FP when I reach home and see if it will get better.

Also seem to fit well with spigen hybrid S. Will update this if it lift or what not. Hopefully nothing to update

Another success case for Zeelot after switching to it today...

By the Heaven's Mandate, my WSD one developed a slight crack after a little over a week, and since the FP feature is almost not working, I specially made the trip to CaseFactorie to install the Zeelot one.

Although the initial registration still required harder presses from me (maybe the glue has not settled), the actual unlocking doesn't require additional pressure on top of a usual press. I decided to leave the touch sensitivity setting enabled still, though.

If I had to nitpick, there's still the odd FP miss, but at least it's working at a level very close to when it had the preinstalled protector. The installation is perhaps a mm lower because it barely just cover the top corners, but there's no other obvious defects.

Selfie cam works normally too!

A fren managed to help me get the very first batch of wsd from p2omobile and i just tried applying. FP with touch sensitivity activated now works 95% of the time if my finger is placed at the correct area. Hope it will get better over time and samsung releasing new update for the FPS.

After apply, left it next day and register my finger print. Now it works perfectly. My setting is touch sensitive on. I had it applied at Vivo City B1. They are quite professional in their installation and helping you to set the glue in

Just an update. The first batch of wsd, bought it through a friend whom gotten it from p2o mobile. It works well and gets better day by day.

The mobilestop/wsd official/qoo10 seller, did not send to me till they cancel my order and told me that the fp scanner may not work.

A refund was given to me. I insist on buying another piece as spare. So i acknowledge the issue and re bought it. It never came till a week later. When questioned or asked, they said that they have ran out of stocks.

The shipment shipped out on Monday, arrived on Wednesday. I was reluctant to open it. But once i opened it i found out it was the revision model.

This 2nd revision is slightly different from the 1st.

- 2 sets of micro dots are at the far sides of the glass.
- glue supplied seems lesser
- revised tray insert
- uv come together as a set. Not 1 box uv 1 box content
- instructions changed to the new one as per their youtube video.

So i removed my existing one and removed the loca glue. Keep it back in box and try the new rev.

The new one works even better than the previous at start.

BUT.... suay me, my ezlink in bag accidentally sliced and lift through my wsd. Went back home remove the loca glue again and reapply. Lol

Day 1 after 12hrs of application. Fp scanner works well. Will update again tomorrow.

I do not have any link. But if you buy the first rev, you will notice it is a different package and glass slightly differs.

Not sure if you can see 2 micro dots at the sides. It is found on both side of the glass.

Thanks. Do you know what the 2 micro dots purpose is? The first gen WSD on my S10 is so bad...like it has a mind of its own deciding when it will let my fingerprint be read, and when i'm in a rush to unlock my phone it will never be read

I have problems with my wsd. Changed 3 pieces and all different fingerprint sensor problems with different magnitude with the different pieces. Redeeming factor is mobilestop at Punggol is very patient.
Decided to try Zeelot at Casefactorie and the fingerprint sensor works.. Nearly as good as the original screen protector. So happy

Purpose of the dots are to maintain a minimum distance from the screen so that an even height of the glue can adhere to the screen.

If without the dots, areas without it might either have too much or too little glue.

that's why i'm just sticking to film type already. dreaming for the samsung official protector to be in local SES.

Samsung one gonna be costly and not worth unless they provide installation.
I am using nanotech film protector now from qoo10 and it's working well and very smooth to touch. Cost $5.90 with shipping.
Installation slightly tricky but still ok.

I find that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work well when my fingers are over-moisturised, e.g. after a bath. Once they dry off it works just as usual. That could be the fingerprint sensor itself, instead of whether a SP is on or not.

Day #6 and the Zeelot one is still working well for me.
