Must eat it old sch method. Drizzle a bit oil on the rice, dark soya sauce and sunny side up on rice. Omg best.

Eating out frequently leads to an omega-6 to omega-3 ratio that often surpasses 20:1. Achieving a 1:1 is exceedingly difficult, and even modest increases in omega 6 can precipitate metabolic dysfunction. Farmed pork consistently has a ratio greater than 20:1.

Chronic exposure to such imbalances causes both macro and micro-level tissue damage, including insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. irreversible tissue damage, including insulin resistance and diabetes, and these unstable exogenous lipids become integrated into cell membranes, requiring a minimum of three years for significant clearance. Because these long carbon fatty acids are also poorly used, they accumulate in adipose and exacerbate metabolic impairment. Considering there are better alternatives and oils with shorter carbon and zero omega-6, it’s hard to view pork lard as a healthy fat.

moi moi, I eat simi also must add, Fried Hokkien Mee, Bak Chor Mee, Fishball noodles, Char Kuey Tiao, the list goes on and on. I jiak until high cholesterol now! :censored:
Have you checked your Lp(a) levels? LDL‑C alone isn’t informative.
