who use metal bed frame?

used such frames during NS days

my times is kns spring bed frame and sibei thin matress.

the wooden frames nowadays got lifetime of 3year only ....... because the black color artificial cloth 'non-woven-fabric' the same type as use on mask .... it disintergrate after 3 year lifespan ...... that fake black fabric is widely used to cover ugly plywood and empty frames in chair sofa bedframe

can buyed those plywood from outside shods and ownself sand down and lacquer it

only bmt got the thick mattress, go to training school and unit is use the sponge bed

but no issue to me cos my own home was also using sponge bed that time cos family poor

Wood will get mold. Metal frame no such problem.

My wife ordered 2 single bed frame on shopee, I think was around $300 plus. Had to assemble ourselves. Quality quite good, but cos very heavy, u probably need to put something to protect the floor, my tile got scratched.

U need to put rubber protectors on the legs

the one i slept in bmt is the same, i remeber the bolt got one loose the bed frame keep become crooked then i use ET stick whack it back it but it will keep coming out

then i remember i tell my papa and he say i should use aaron keys to screw in instead of whacking it in which spoils the bolt

Wood will get mold. Metal frame no such problem.

yes my one few months already mouldy cos they no varnish the insides part so those part that are covred by matteress and dont get aired becomed mouldy
