They do inform the winning vendor, about 4-6 months in advance for past elections, based on my previous experience in my ex company.

The manpower needed during that period is considerable and they give the vendor a window period to get extra manpower and vehicles.

that one they can easily shift it to 29th may mah. Cos usually last week of sch no more marking etc. it could also be 1st week of june sch holidays because i heard from moi teacher fren that usually 1st and last week of june hols they need to be available to go sch de. Its the middle 2 weeks that sch usually wont touch them and they can go holidays.
