NTUC is having discounted sale of Ashbrook Estate wines from Margaret River.

Usual price is 40+ but now its around $25. They have on sale Semillion, Chardonnay, Shiraz & Carbernet Merlot.

hooted some alr over last week but most of the cab merlot & shiraz gone le he he..
the cab merlot decent.. esp with further 8% jwc membership. the chard is not bad as well
not sure about the semillion, sauv and riesling seems like some r mixed reviews

I got the char, shiraz and sem...there is a riesling gold label i saw but never hoot as too much white. looking for the cab merlot too.

there is no best wine stopper. all wines will start to taste different after 1 day even if you remove the air inside.

however there is a way to preserve wine without opening a bottle by using a coravin
