Wine Tasting Event

Hey guys! :D There will be a Bordeaux tasting on 30 June 2011 (Thursday) between 6.30pm to 8.00pm @ S$50.00/pax. The tasting will be held at Ponti Wine Cellars, 204 Telok Ayer Street.

These will be a 5th Growth and 2nd Label wines:

1) Segla 1995(2nd wine of Chateau Rauzan Segla)

2) Les Hauts du Tertre 2006(2nd wine of Chateau Du Tertre)

3) Prelude A Grand Puy Ducasse 2006(2nd wine of Chateau Grand Puy Ducasse)

4) Chateau Rauzan Segla 1994

5) Chateau Grand Puy Ducasse 1996

6) Chateau D'Armailhac 2002

7) Chateau Du Tertre 2003

8) Chateau Clerc Milon 2003

hey guys,

i made the reservation and they told me they open at 11am. for those who can make it earlier do come at 11am, i will be there. 'cos they said that we should try to finish by 1pm. but no hurry, if you can only make it at 11.30am just come ; I will be waiting :)

@Beta_Tester: you need to drink some good french wine! and it DOESN'T have to be Bordeaux.

Hi Guys,

Im selling some overstocked Schott Zwiesel Diva cheap at $10 a piece.
Bordeaux Premier Crus - 5 pieces.
Bordeaux Premier Crus Goblets - 11 pieces.
Pick up at my place at West Coast Rd/Clementi Rd
Priority will be given to buyer who will take them all.
Some are used once, most are not.

Bro, you got the thermoelectric one? I used to have the similar one by farfalla (http://www.butterflyleahin.com/prod_detail.asp?PID=190&Cate_id=12) and it lasted like a year plus only :(

Is compressor type better? I just dun want to buy another one that can only last 1 year...:s27:
I used to have a thermoelectric chiller which was struggling to maintain a temperature of 13-14 deg. Lowest it could go was 14-15 in an a/c room. It's better to buy compressor based chillers, especially those with a built in circulation fan for even temperature distribution.
