Nice! Any words on the wines and food you had?

On a separate note, was at The University Club yesterday and I thought the place would be pretty ideal for the gathering. Kitchen closes at 2.30, but we can either stay in the dining area or head over to the balcony or lounge area if we wanna hang around longer. There'll be finger food from the bar too.

They do Saturday set lunches (three courses) for 28++, with a good array of choices.

For the corkage, if we are bring a bottle a person:

- 8 pax / 8 wines, it'll be additional $18.75 per person.
- 10 pax / 10 wines, it'll be additional $21 per person.

What do you guys think? Which location will you guys prefer - La Barca or The University Club? Do let us know.

got the wines from KOT this morning.
they had a couple open for me to taste.

the Gai Perle sparkling muscadet was really nice. the savoie one was smooth and textured. I had a 3A champagne, but i don't think any of us bought it. lastly the one of he amiral yannick bourgueil, we didn't buy this specific wine, but we did buy from this producer. from how that one taste, you would need to let this one rest for a while longer. still very young.
