I got that problem when i first got it. Wanted to change the next day. However after charging the case. The right earbud can charge again. Think the charging reset the case.

Yes managed to change at Jaben.

Anyway the cheapest I've found is at TK Photo at Funan. $259 with membership.

There's an software update. After updating, not so obvious. BTW, how much u got it for?

Even newer versions have hissing sound but at a slightly lower volume. Update firmware with Soundcore app.

is it me or using the tevi's included foam tips makes the ear itchy? I clean my ears everyday but still itchy when using the foam tips Also, one foamtip broke off
