You must get the proper fitting. A slight adjustment makes a lot of difference. And you must try the various eartips size. There's cases where some people need to wear different size for each ear.

Using default eartips.

Try adjust to get the best fitting. For me sticking it all the way deep in isnt gd. Somehow muffed the volume.

No..I don't have it..but need to check if E8 user able to choose aptx hd for their E8 on v30...as 65t don't support aptx hd...
Think I got a lemon.... connected by Spotify still plays from phone... Spotify could not even see the earbud
Your phone need to see the bud first before Spotify can see it,right?

You're saying your buds are connected to your phone and when using spotify there's no sound from either buds or speaker phone?

I find they're balanced. I'm using the silicone tip that comes attached to the earbuds. Those in the packet are still not touched.

Not sure for LGv30.

For my Pixel 2 XL, my E8 automatically connects to play using AAC codec.

Although from my device's settings I can see that available options for codecs are SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD, LDAC.

I find that size fits most ears, hence it's the 'default' tips. But for a better seal, comfort and isolation, comply tips are ones to choose. ;)

Idk if its my ears but I find it weird that the E8 if I were to push the eartip normally like I would with my other 3 type of wired IEM, the sound from the E8 would be muffed very softly. As if it is blocked. So always I need to gently slot it there without giving it much push.

It's like that, the characteristic of soft silicone tips. So what I did was to just push it in until it rests on the ears, no need to push until so deep unless it's the dual or triple-flanged tips.

If you think it's still not 'isolated' enough, try the comply tips. The best fit is still my CIEM but I've already left the world of wired earphones.
