Hi Soundpeats Truedots users.

I just wanted to check if yours automatically disconnect once you return the buds to the charging case? i noticed mine doesn't disconnect and I have to manually disconnect it from my phone.

Normally when the charging case is out of battery. the earbuds doesn't turn off when put back into the case. Noticed that with quite a few TWS earbuds. Seems like they are designed to auto turn off when it's charging. :s13:

ah yeah .. weird ..so that's why it switched on on the Haylou charge but didn't on the original.

Just a general question. Shouldn't the case be able to hold the charge when you're not using it? since the **, i rarely use it and would simply charge it every 2 weeks.

Hmm. not sure though. Some TWS that I've tried will slowly discharge over time as well, though normally is quite slowly. Maybe it's like phones too. Some old phones even when off and in storage, after a while the battery will be lower too. It could just be this though.

ya the case looks huge
with self sanitizing feature also haha
i love the idea of wired/wireless
see how much are they launching this.
I had the T2 and i love the sound signature.

I kinda like this idea too. Since TWS battery will eventually degrade and won't hold enough charge anymore, being able to plug in a cable can extend the lifespan of the earbuds. Though probably still won't last as long as solely wired earbuds since there is still a battery inside. :s13:

Seeing the name and driver setup... maybe it'll sound similar to the Tin T2? Would make sense since that is product that they are known for. But probably won't be cheap. my guess is S$100+. :s13:

I bought Fiil t1x from lazada last month. Now the right side earbud stop working (unable to turn on), i only used it three times.

How do i solve this? Or is there any servicing centre in SG?

i wish they offer some sort of slim case for just the buds with a built in battery as an EDC. the bulky case can be used to keep the cables and sensitization. of cos that would drive cost up.

side track alittle, i've bought the Nuraloop and due to covid-19, shipping has been delayed for the longest time. its also a wired/wireless configuration but the wireless is those "neckband" kinda wireless. Knowing Nura was a hit with their headphones, i'm giving the earbuds a try. Hopefully they deliver.

you can try message ur seller, if they are local.
else you can ask Treoo or Stereo. they both carry Fiio items but not sure if they will entertain u since u did not buy from them.

Did you buy from local seller or China seller? If local seller the seller itself is honouring 6 month warranty. The China seller you have to send back to China seller to their packing station and the and another courier (borned by them) to their office (cannot send direct to their office) then they will send to China Fiil distributor for testing and exchange. Then they will send to the packing centre again and you have to cater from the packing centre to Singapore again. Ie not worth it.

It happened to me to hence for the 2nd pair I bought from local seller.

T1X very good TWS but QC not good

Just a tip for all Soundcore Liberty Air 2 owners. Please update both of the firmware and Soundcore App in order for the mic to work properly. There is an new option, Sound Effect after the update.

Sound Effect 1: Quiet environment
Sound effect 2: Noisy environment
