Hi Soundpeats Truedots users.

I just wanted to check if yours automatically disconnect once you return the buds to the charging case? i noticed mine doesn't disconnect and I have to manually disconnect it from my phone.

I noticed for my edifier tws1 having same issue. But its that 1 earbud need abit of adjustment for it to get charged when i pop it into charging case. When see the led turn red after pop it into charging case the earbud bt disconnect. U see if its due to this as well.

Hmm...tested this afternoon all ok.when I went out for my jog,the left side stopped working.came back & put it in the case now test again all ok.when u stop the music & disconnect BT, the blue lights will start flashing & turn off after a while.is that an indication that the buds will turn off by itself & there is no button to turn off the buds? Hope someone with these buds can advise. And the Fiil app has stopped working. Can't see the % charge for each bud. Now displaying 0% even though I've taken them out of the charging case.

Ok since no one replied on the Fiil T1X, I played around with it. After you disconnect BT, the blue lights will still flash for about 2mins then will stop so I guess it turns off by itself. When I turn on BT again & try connecting the buds,it cannot connect.Tried putting the buds back into the case then remove after a few secs & can see both blue lights flash. When BT turned on again, can reconnect & now I can use the Fiil app to check battery % for each bud & can use the EQ settings so I guess there's no way to turn off the buds manually & you have to wake it up by putting the buds back into the case then will be able to pair with BT again.

Yes you can turn off. When the light is flashing blue just using a bit of pressure and press and hold both bugs at the same times with your thumbs till you see red like light and then release and the bugs will be off.

In the process if you see the bugs blue lights flashes or blue / red light flashes ignore those and carry on pressing (cannot release) till you see red light then you can release and the bugs will be off

Thanks for the reply but put pressure on which part of the bud to turn it off? Then next time I need to use, how to turn the buds on?

The part where normally you will tap to control the bugs

To turn the bugs on just press and hold the same part and release when you see blue lights

Thanks.Tried playing around with mine.Only way it can work is if I keep tapping about 8-10 times on the bud then can turn on or off. Hold there for 1min also doesn't work. And I think using the Fiil app will screw up the connection so I've stopped using it. Will try it out later in the evening during my jog.
