Edit: after checking both out, they both seem really good, so it's kinda hard to choose. From your experience which sounds better?

It depends on which kind of sound signature you like. Melomania has a warm sound signature and is bassy. Mifo is clear and crisp with forward mids and has lesser bass.

Hi, I just got the Hayley GT1 Plus and I find that the volume is lower than normal. As a comparison, I need to go to 90-100% volume on the GT1 Plus to match the ~70% volume on my Redmi Airdots or Jabra Elite Sport buds.

Tried resetting the GT1 twice but nothing has changed. Anyone else have this problem?

The sound quality is also underwhelming compared to my Airdots.

Bought Haylou GT1 plus on 9.9 for $15 after discounts. Really no complains at this price. Good enough to go exercise with these. Spoil also no heart pain

it's normal for the volume to be a bit lower though. when jogging i normally have to get to like 90% or so, but as long as don't have to max it and still feel it's not enough, it's good enough for me. Also the QCC3020 implementation can be a bit funky at times. Depending on which side i connect to as master, the same percentage can have slightly different volume output. So maybe you can try using the other side as the master to see if volume is a bit better.

Sound wise it's probably an acquired taste. not very fun or very bass heavy, so some might find it a bit lacking in bass. For me i like it because it doesn't really overdo things, where as a lot of budget TWS just tend to go for the more common v shaped fun sound with more bass and treble.

Supposedly have 12mth warranty but I doubt if they will replace if it breaks. Likely to quote user issue thats why break. But then again its only $15. No complains from me
