Mine arrived two days ago. I like it - excellent bass, good mids, needs a little experimentation with the equalizer on the phone.
The ANC is better than my mpow x3s, which suffer when there's wind outdoors. No such problem with the Pamu Quiet. Haven't run down the battery yet, so can't tell how long it lasts. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

well it depends on what other features are important to you besides music quality...
- are you gonna answer calls with your earbuds? If so, is call quality important to you?
- are you gonna wear your earbuds when you go workout, jogging, cycling etc. if so, is IPX rating and not falling out easily important to you?

Call quality is important to me, using it for work and entertainment only, ipx rating dun really matter, not falling out is definitely a plus point..

in terms of call quality, I would say truengine 3 se is better than galaxy buds+, cuz I have no issues having calls inside MRT.
the person on the other end can hear me clearly and they can't really hear the MRT noise in the background

for galaxy buds+, they could still hear hear a bit MRT noise in the background


since you don't wear them for exercise, then the other factor will be music quality, which is subjective for galaxy buds+ vs truengine 3 SE.

its really down to your own ears and what kinda music you listen to regularly.
