Looking to get a set of Bluetooth earbuds for my dad. He prefers smtg simply and with ANC.
Any recommendations? Budget around 60.
If given a choice between QCY T18 and creative outliner air v3 , which would be a better choice?

Creative outlier V3. have used it for a while personally.
best value for money under $60
Creative app to adjust touch control and EQ settings
active noise reduction and ambience modes.
solid battery life with the huge battery pack case.
best **** I’ve gotten for such a price.

Totally agree. Even though I am still preparing my personal full review but i must say that ITs definitely my personal BEST ANC earbuds at under $60

can use immediately without the creative app.

even with the app, the app will auto detect the earbuds and add it into the app.. no need to do anything else

*disclaimer i am not paid by creative to say all these. I bought the earbuds with my own money

Creative V3 is no doubt winner for the price range. I may even say can be a firm steady for <$100.
If really want to nitpick about it: casing too big and flimsy, irritating beep if don't turn off anc/transparency before putting earphones back into casing.
Else the sound quality, battery life, are good enough

Is it possible to adjust touch settings to mute/unmute calls?
Usually I prefer to manually mute my mic, which usually has a separate button for mute/unmute, instead of using touch controls…
i don’t want the touch command to misregister my touches and accidentally end the call.. especially if its an important million-dollar call

On Creative website, the Outlier Pro is discounted to $89 with COMEX22 discount code.

Support local mah but not blindly support. Creative is indeed not bad for the price range
I'm 1 of the first to support their first ever wireless earbuds.
First right side problem, exchange with them then left side problem
Exchange again, then back to right side problem.
Don't have so much time to always travel to TPY to exchange

So dont wanna use anymore

I am skeptical.. never had good experience with creative things.. maybe a few months then start giving issues. There are a lot tiong options that are more advanced (e.g. Baseus, Xiaomi..)

I had their outlier one before too. 1 side spoil then send in for exchange

Then I bought other brands' tws, will try creative's tws someday. Give them 2nd chance haha
