Ya that's what I'm trying to say, the earbud vol and phone is different, I'm on android. So, confirm ht05 didn't have any kind of alert that the bud is at its max vol. Thanks for testing it out on your end.

No prob. I can confirm there is no alert beep from the earbuds at max and minimum vol

IMHO QCY HT05 has better ambience capability than Creative V3. I use this function whenever I am walking on the streets or on the public transport. V3 is much inferior in this area. No doubt V3 sounds better overall, but if as daily beater HT05 scores overall in terms of portability, easy to use though slightly losing in sound quality.

I think it's an issue of luck. My edifier x3 also 1 side stopped working after a few months but recently somehow revived and is working fine now....

I dont totally agree with the view of “cheaper tws = more inferior / lower QC standards”
This type of issue also happens to premium and expensive earbuds n headphones. Since they are more expensive, the companies usually provide better after-sales service and more comprehensive warranties

one such example is the Sony WF-1000XM4 which is notoriously infamous for the battery issue but people still buy wf-1000xm4 because of brand and the brand’s past association with excellent QC standards.

for qcy… it is the only brand which gave me multiple earbuds failure. I bought several qcy earbuds to test and review T2C, T3, T17, T1C energy edition but all of them have battery issues ie fail to charge, which was the reason why I was very reluctant to get the QCY HT05 to test as I fear that it will fail again
But luckily it didn’t and it is still going strong ^.^

So Imo i feel the issue with getting china wireless earbud brands such QCY, Xiaomi, Baseus, Ugreen, soundpeats in Singapore is actually proper after-sales support.

Xiaomi imo provide ok levels of after sales support since they are in Singapore for many many years now but I can’t say its the same for the other china brands like QCY ugreen Baseus Soundpeats

Therefore, if you’re not concerned about after-sales support, then it is ok to go for China brands earbuds which provide good affordable alternatives to sony bose apple Sennheiser

Talking about Baseus, I bought their powerbank before. Super bad experience. The capacity is much less than what is stated. It charged to full in an hr for a 10000mah then failed to charge my phone (4000mah)fully,only charge to 50% before powerbank itself is drained.

Totally separate issue but I read some raving reviews on Tozo tws, are you planning to review Tozo anytime soon?
