Bought ATH-CKR7TW after it finally went below $100 on Amazon.

Quick review:
- It is really large.
- It is not IPX rated, but because it was large and heavy can't use it for jogging anyway
- Despite its size, it actually is very comfortable once it fits
- The sound signature is interesting. When listening to vocal centric tracks like example Reflection from Mulan, it is unbearably sibilant. But listening to Japanese rock like Babymetal is awesome, everything sounds so energetic, punchy, and crisp. It is surprisingly very good for classical and jazz piano.
- My Mavin Air-X gives more detail and more pleasant sound that works with all genres of music, but CKR7TW is a lot more fun to listen to though not all genres are suited for it.
- I use Iphone 12 and there is no delay when using Netflix and other streaming app. So I guess they fixed the issue raised in many earlier online reviews.
- I enjoy this TWS a lot and I am going to use it as my main commuting TWS. Unfortunately its shortcomings mean it is probably won't be a good choice if you only have budget for one TWS around $100. Mavin Air-X is also now under $100 and is a much better value proposition. But if you got additional $ to spend why not spend on this fun sounding TWS.

Very impressed that QCY has iOS and Android app for their tws wireless earbuds with adjustable EQ

And the T1C belongs to my [Ultra Budget] category as it cost less than $20

I think I saw the Nokia one on offer at 49.9 at Vivocity Popular. I won’t buy them to be honest and will stick to those made by audio brands. Competition is stiff now and older generation models are frequently discounted so no need to spend a lot to get flagship sound.

Haha yah. Nokia and Moto are slow to the game. And the pricing is crazy....

Sony still alright cos all the while they have been making audio stuff. Samsung has a finger in every pie... So OK too.

49.90 maybe worth a try. Just maybe cos read a few gd reviews on it. However, like you said it, will probably give it a miss since for that price can get something better

The engineering for TWS is a lot more complex than a standard IEM. Need to miniaturize DAC and AMP into the earbud. Brands like Sennheiser, Audio Technica, Cambridge Audio have AMPs and DACs in their product line up, but they still take quite a while to come up with their first gens. Jabra was lucky because they had a massive head start as they pretty much specialize in wireless communication from the start.

I've tried the E3200 and it's actually pretty decent. It has one of the smallest case I've used so far which is probably its main selling point. about the size of the 1st gen tracetogether token only. Tuning is quite decent too with a balance-slightly warm sound. I like the sound more than the more expensive soul sync anc that i'm testing now. Not worth the 3 digit asking price of course and even at 49.90 it's stretching it a bit compared to chinese brands like haylou, FIIL, etc, since it doesn't really have other extra features other than ambient mode. But I can see how some ppl will like it for how compact it is.

The main draw is the fit and UE itself only sells this through their online store instead of usual retailers; probably it is not as good as its competition.
