Not sure about zen air
But i have no issues with Outlier V2 and V3 when using them with my iphone

Outlier V2 no app support, so it was pretty straightforward BT pairing with my iphone 12 mini and start using

outlier V3 ANR got Creative app support but can just BT pair with iphone and use without the app.

last year i bought both with me to UK n France to test the mic, Use them on the plane cuz it was a grueling 13-hrs flight
No issues

Pushing out the Creative Outlier Pro to the left, I can slot the left and right earbuds accordingly but need to turn a bit.

Pushing out the Creative Outlier Pro to the right, I have to swap the both sides to slot them in.

Am I the only one?

My only problem is the default M size suit nicely on both of my ear, try to change to Big size feel like too quiet that can even hear moi heart beat under silent room
