hi. I just bought the PT713V. One key keeps telling me search failed. restarted everything including my router. Please help. TIA.

connect the cam to ur router directly via LAN cable and do a lan search.

add the device and configure the wifi once added. after that change the password of the cam and disconnect the LAN Cable.

sineoji cam viewing on live feeds such using your mobile 4G data is super fast, real-time. If you pan, the cam moves instantly with no lag.

When I was in Brisbane, remotely view the cam residing in Singapore, is so responsive, real-time.

Hi all

I need to install 3 cameras at home. Mainly to monitor maid suspicious activity. Read that sineoji is a good brand and value for money. Can I ask whom I can contact for purchase and installation please? Thanks in advance!

First, power up your cam, without any lan cable attached to the cam, you must hear a continuous alarm. If you don't hear that, reset the cam by inserting a pin at the base of the cam where the reset hole is, press it until you hear a music, release the pin. Cam will restart, and wait for the continuous alarm .

Have your android or iPhone connected to your wifi using the 2.4 band, not the 5G.

Next open the sineoji app.
Hit the + icon
Tap on the one key
Enter your wifi password ( check the said shown there is the 2.4 band)
Click start
After 60s, the camera ID is shown
Tap on the camera ID and enter the default cam password.
Click Save.

LOL.

unless someone kaypoh go report

you want law by law. go apply for a permit with SPF/HDB

and why u want to put at that location?

anyway, thie cams are not water-resistant, so if wet spoil not covered under warranty, you might want to cling wrap it or something

Yes. Law by Law. Snr Inspector said the same thing. Apply the permit from NEA and HPB. It is for high rise littering.

Cause upstairs throw rubblish into my living room ledge and aircon ledge.
So need a IP Cam to capture them red handed.

Understand most of the IP cam is not water resistant, that's why asking the Guru here.
