Sineoji camera really super fast, my 4G signal around 2 bars, open up the app and camera goes online instantly . Video is smooth. As good as viewing via WiFi from home.

You should try to view it when you are overseas. You will be amazed. I was accessing my SG residence from Jakarta, the live video is extremely responsive and real-time. It is instant.

i would like to set up a cctv system at my retail shop. however, getting a fibre or broadband set up is not possible.

I thought of 2 options, please share your views if such system is feasible.

1) using sata hardisk NVR 4 port with 4 cctv camera. traditional linking using rj45 cable. Recording 24/7 onto the harddisk. However, is there a way for me to view it on my phone as and when I need (Live feed)?

2) using mobile broadband to setup a wifi hotspot. Use a wifi cctv camera with 64gb sd card. Link up the wifi cctv and the wifi hotspot. I can view it using the cctv app. However, how much data is required for the mobile broadband? 2 gb per month enough?

thanks!

Order online from Sineoji, they deliver to you with the installation services including the mounting and setting up.

Their PT713V model is a good buy if you are going for the ultra wide view.

why no internet access?

like that also useless. ma. if u store locally. ppl break in take away hard disk gone liao. keep in mind store loacally no internet means the date and time of the videos will not be correct.

if you plan to store loacally. ensure the place is well secured ( where the NVR is located)

don't bother with hotspot, you will burst the data cap.

were you trying to add the camera during the setup then the app exit ?

what i did was after the one key setting, when the camera ID shows up, I just cancel it.

Then I choose scan QR code, scan the camera QR located below the cam.

My camera is PT713V, I have no problem adding camera into iOS app. The apps only crash when I am try to watch live streaming remotely using phone 4G.
If there is public wireless or hotspots which I can join, watching live stream is fine without crash. All along was fine until upgraded to ios11. I tried uninstall and reinstall the ios app dun solve the problem too.
I wonder anyone shared the same problem too ?

My iOS version is 11.1.2. The fact is we often leave multiple apps open and running transparently in the background with our iPhone without closing them. When you run your Sineoji app to view your streaming, be sure that you close all the apps running in the background by clicking the home button twice, to free up your memory usage. The same goes for Android phone, that's where we have the task killer to close all the application running in the background to free up your memory.

I am loving my sineoji pt713 camera, every spot is captured in my hall. Even view where my cat is hiding and sleeping.:s13:
Is it difficult to configure the camera to have it record on a NAS ? I am intending to get the Asustor 2 bay NAS.

Using dlink 5030L with Synology NAS Surveillance Station. Cam is set to all the way motion detection.. so far works quite well. Currently overseas, and about 5 days into my trip, the cam status shows disconnected from surveillance station.. no idea what happened also.. can’t even remotely reboot the camera....

I have 2 sineoji pt528v camera. Set them up as per instructions. However I can never get both of them to connect through my Asus ac 68 router. Did I miss some steps on the router? Or need to enable something? Because both sets unable so I am assuming cannot be both sets wireless got issues. So maybe some settings on router?

Is your phone connected to the 2.4 WiFi band before you setup ? You have to do that first, not the the 5G band. Then power up camera, you must hear the alarm. If no alarm, hard reset the camera by inserting a paper clip to the reset hole until you hear a tone.

Then fire up the sineoji app. Select +
One key
Enter WiFi password
Tap start

60 seconds, you will see your camera id. Select it and enter the camera default password.
Select save.

Done.
