It's just purely aesthetic, lol.
I'm sorry. I don't see anything wrong with Justin, especially not at that price.
Though I do prefer drivers with ... hmmm... a more "minimalist", mocassin-like look.
Justin's driver has what looks like complete rubber "sole" on it.
Oh.... and my size is sold out too.

A more purist aesthetic i see. I'm in between sizes so I have to size up for justin's loafers. Thanks for putting CU on my radar. That they have my size is very attractive. More deliberations may be in order. But if i receive a PM, I'll go ahead!

What padding? I can tell you that no good welted shoe will come with super cushy "sports trainer like" padding. Good padding you want get from ortho outfits to insert urself.

Boots wise if you can forgo the zip, can try looking at Engineer boots

UK 8/8.5/9 depending on the width. My left foot slightly longer than my right, but my right is waaay wider than my left. I struggle to not end up with clown shoes my whole life. :(
