Quick question.. What kind of shoes do most of you pair with denim jeans?

I wear alot of black skinny denim and always go with black combat boots or black chelseas.

Basically I look like a jailbait punk loitering at Far East Plaza.

suede/oxblood/navy/tan/dark oak tones

AE pretty decent for me, my kenwood after 2-3yr of wear start squeaking and they cover all my shipping and repair for me free, then again I am not in SG.

well there's always the typical vass charm/farkup but they ship via fed ex. super fast!

one of my cordovan vass mto. First pair was made wrongly in F (i wanted U). Decided not to buy it at a discount, sent it back.

U last pair came without trees. They sent it over with a cloth bag and another shoe box again via Fed Ex

Probably made a lost from all that shipping overall.

As someone who is very frumpy and old fashioned I frown upon tan oxford brogues with jeans, as well as socks which are lighter (bordering on white) in colour than both shoes and jeans. =(

Taken on its on I'd have to say the shoes are very nice, seeing as I have the same pair but in dark brown.

Nah the objection is due to fuddy duddy "fashion" rules which probably aren't relevant anymore but clueless people like myself are sticklers for.

Oxfords are formal derbies are casual so naturally you'd avoid pairing jeans with oxfords.

IMO which probably isn't relevant either, white or any colour close to white should be avoided at all costs. And especially so when your socks have such a terrible visual contrast with your shoes and pants.
