Do not stretch the band too much.

Either your calves too big or too small.

My SAF socks has this issue because I wear them higher my calves

guys any tips on how to prevent socks from slowly coming down the calfs to ankle as I walk?

Gets very annoying to have to pull up my socks every few steps I take haha.. Anyone facing the same?

Get over the calf socks. Sozzi is good. Onlybrown stocks them.

Try not washing your socks in the washing machine.

Viccel socks work well for me even as I machine wash them. Pantherella ones... Not so much.

Recently I'd posted a picture of this pair of EBs, to propose a gmto.

I'd initially chosen this model as I thought it was closest to the design I was looking at (a recent Vass model posted on ascot).
After browsing through more EB stuff, I realise they have a model that matches exactly what I want. In fact, I prefer this.
Here it is.

Would this model still be ok?
Same general idea.
A 2 tone, 74945 last, perhaps vibram sole, some shade of brown.
Definitely NOT purple.
What do you guys say?

Not difficult to find out... Just look at skoak's pricing, factor in shipping and currency exchange rate and you have your answer.

Are u thinking of leather/suede combo or leather/grain etc combo as discussed earlier? While purple is odd, actuallly aubergine calf is quite a nice colour. I have a seamless wholecut from EB in that.

On last, prefer 804 as it's sleeker (and fits me better) but ok with 74945.

Can we do a hand welted rounded waist (ie bombe waist)?

I'm leaning more towards grain/calf, and in fact EB has deerskin that looks fairly interesting as well.
Of course, if the majority goes for suede/calf, I think we can still work it out.
The bombe waist is a fine idea.

Thanks. I prefer grain/calf or deer. I prefer suede shoes to be all suede rather than mixed.

FWIW, based on recent prevalent exchange rates at 6SEK to 1SGD, which is after factoring in what the CCs give you, Lusso is most certainly competitive with what you get at SkoaB. Not forgetting GST.

Yes I machine washed the socks and they shrunk quite a bit! gotta handwash them i guess

Hi @thundermarch. I'm in. Would prefer calf and grain. The oxblood looks good too but that's my personal take. I'll go with everyone on the color like mid or dark brown. Either 804 or 74945 would be fine.

Have recently ordered a Carmina Adelaide Wholecut in Box Calf.
I would be interested if it's a Captoe.
Thus am really sorry I have to pull out on this GMTO.
