Hi @thundermarch. I'm in. Would prefer calf and grain. The oxblood looks good too but that's my personal take. I'll go with everyone on the color like mid or dark brown. Either 804 or 74945 would be fine.

Thanks for organizing.

Hi TM, I will prefer calf/ grain too. Colour wise I'm flexible. Will prefer darker shades of brown. oxblood/ burgundy works too. I do have a preference for 74945 though. I think a plain cap toe will look good but am ok without.

Thanks for organizing!

Oh one more thing - can we have some coloured lining please? No preference for the colour, just want something different from the plain ol' beige haha.

Btw TM bro, are there any reported issues with "bleeding" for EB's coloured lining?

@walk_the_talk
Thanks my friend, all points are duly noted.
Thanks for the support!
With regards to lining, I'm ok if you would like a colored lining.
I normally just go for natural lining.
Most colored linings do bleed a little, regardless of tannery. Perspiration from the feet, wicked into the socks and pressed up against the lining may cause a bit of color transfer and fading especially at the heel area.

I see, thanks for sharing. Wouldn't want to risk it, let's skip the coloured lining then!

No worries.
Though I must say I'm ok with both captoe or without.

A pic of a version of the shoe with captoe. Not sure which version is better. Unlike the pic, probably makes more sense for captoe to be the same leather as the main part?

I prefer flat laces. Also, both this and the non-captoe pic seems to be on 804 last.

One possible grain/calf combi for the shoe: black inca with plum museum. Can also go for aubergine calf if museum is too showy (can't attach pic cos it's from Instagram)

Thanks for the pic.
For me, I'm actually fine with having a captoe. Or leaving it plain.
@evangel21 what do you say?

Flat laces are fine, and can be requested for.

Though I must say, I'm going to decline shades of purple / plum. Will be sticking with brown.

For me, if we are going for a captoe, I think it should be in the same colour as the main part. agree on the brown.

Non contrast captoe for sure as well.

@drifting2anchorage
It seems that there are 3 of us who are going to be ok with a captoe, if you're still in, we are good to go now.
If you need to think about it, no problem as well. We can talk about it when you come over tmr for shoe trying.

@evangel21 what say you?

Hi TM. I'm good with or without captoe. Am agreeable to what has been suggested. Looks like it will be the 74945?

Hey man.
Thanks for your reply.
Have noted your input.
And yes, looks like 74945 is getting more votes.

Have dropped you a PM, let's try and coordinate through Whatsapp.

I'm toying with the idea of a grain or hatch leather for the top part of the shoe as well... AIAD, what's your thoughts on that?
