Melons aside,
Shiro is known for being very skilled, taking very very good pictures, and being one of the best (if not the best) in his field.
The artistry and skill required is not unlike that of a master shoemaker crafting a very good pair of shoes.

Firstly thanks, you really flattered me a lot, but there's so much more artists that are better than me that I looked up to though. So much more improvements I can do.

Aside of that, already escalated my case to PayPal, not sure how it goes.
But hopefully end of 30 days and if Txture don't reply, I guess I should automatically get refunded I hope...

On a side note, if you're raising a ticket with Paypal, it's better to give them a call. They have a Singapore number I believe. I've dealt with them on one occasion for a refund. It's likely that you will need to have proof that you have send the shoes back and that the other party has received it. i.e. registered article or by Fedex/UPS/DHL that have confirmation of receipt.

Lastly, you will need to be proactive with Paypal and not wait for them. They can be pretty slow.

That was my experience with them 5-6 years back so things might have changed (for better or worse).

Yes. I was only interested in design, since enzo was hyped a lot here so I'm looking into enzo if not it wouldn't have crossed my mind. That's why I'm asking around about enzo.

Thanks, finally a link to a shoe. The shipping was ridiculous for my loake's case. The shoe is not even dispatched after 1.5 weeks. Dispatch. I understand overseas takes 2-3 weeks, but 1.5 weeks still no dispatch is quite ridiculous. Didn't mention I need it to be here right away, but mto that takes 6 weeks or so I'll probably pass.

Probably administrative charges for paying the GST for you 1st.

Fedex always kenna GST one. IMO, better than UPS who will try to collect cash at the door. At least FedEx give you credit to pay via cheque.

Maybe I give a call to PayPal tomorrow, at the moment I don't even dare to send back the shoes now before they refund me. Unless PayPal team can assure me as long I have proof that I have shipped back to them, they will immediately refund me the money.

I did have a refund claim some months ago, for seller not shipping something, did a call and PayPal CS asked me to wait till the case maximum time for seller to response has reached and they will auto refund me the money.
