Neutral wax will very slightly lighten your shoe's colour. Use dark coloured wax instead.

I apply the renovatuer only once a month or when the leather looks really dry. Creme weekly. Only recently got the wax to add some shine, but it seems to remove the creme later instead and the shine doesn't seem to be working too. Guess I need more patience!

Hi all, I'm going for uni internship soon and stepping out in the workforce in a few years time.

Just want to ask where are good places to buy affordable leather shoes. Budget about $200 max. Size eu 42-43 oxford or loafers

Also want to ask, is it worth it to buy $30 shoes trees for a sub 200 leather shoes? Certain online articles didn't recommend it.
Last time I bought a pair of borse Morgon but didn't buy shoes trees for it so the front is all creased up.

LLYR 295 unless they raised their prices. They purposely price that way to fight EEA.

IIRC they having some 20% promo if u buy 3 + pairs split bwt friends or solo. Maybe he can pm those fellas to join in.

My LLYR leather was better than EEA 2nd collection, IIRC they got Ilcea calf also

Lasted, stitched in China, finished in Spain lol.

Daresay its worse for horology. Most people out there have no idea that their lauded "Swiss movements" go through the same process

i think LLYR is still priced at $295/- when i visited them a few weeks back. would be going there to get a pair of shoes from them very soon and will let yall know if there is a price increase.

Hi there, pardon my ignorance coz I haven't done any research on leather shoes before.

Is there a difference between polished and calf leather?
Do you guys mind summing up a few main points on looking and maintaining for quality leather shoes?
Maintenance I only know inserting shoe trees, rotate between pairs (I'm considering 2x $100 or 1x $200 pair though) and kiwi to shine shoes

Polished leather is corrected grain.

Shoe : Calf leather shoe in GY welt + matching shoe cream (online)
Shoe tree + horsehair brush : taobao
