Parkway Parade has a cobbler I heard not bad.. No personal experience tho

Can visit Seamless Bespoke (SB), Yeossal (YS) and The Quarters (TQ). Each of them offers different brands at various price points. For your budget, you'll likely be looking at Yanko (SB), TLB Mallorca (YS) and Carlos Santos (TQ).

Oriental (SB), Corno Blu (YS) and Antonio Meccariello (YS) might be possible too for those models that are on sale.

Kips N Kwik at Junction 8 or Shukey at Far East Plaza. Both do a good job.

along NEL got a shoe cobber shop at NEX 4th floor near the foodjunction, they offer several times of vibram soles, i paid about $50+ for front and rear resoling.

Ha that's what I was asking few posts ago. Coincidentally I'm also gg to resole 2 pairs of newly acquired meermins. Good value gyw.

Rugged Gentlemen Shoppe has a tie-up with a taiwan shoe repair guy to do GYW resoling of boots at <$200. My guess he should be able to do dress shoe resole as well.
