Under their conditions page, stated that expected wait time is 30 days. Yes yours is abit too long. Mine takes about 1 months each order i made. Patient is needed when ordering from them. Perhaps you should look elsewhere if it still gona to take some more time.

Just ordered from meermin too. One oxford classic together with some shoe care. Too bad they don't sell shoe tree. Where can I order one cedar wood at reasonable price?

Since we are on topic, if anyone is visiting Japan these few weeks...

From NutCracker in SF:
I contacted Trading Post, and they told me they had just discontinued selling Saint Crispins RTW shoes. They were originally sold for ¥140K~ JPY. Now they are being liquidated for ¥70K~75K JPY, if someone`s lucky, there are probably some left at the various Trading Posts in town (Aoyama store being the largest).

Very simple really.

1) Make an appointment, choose location to meet with Ed.

2) Choose the model that you want your shoe to be based off.

3) Choose the materials/colours for each part of the your MTO shoe, like upper, inner lining, sole colour, tassle material/colour (if you're doing a tassle loafer), colour stain of your wooden heel...etc.

4) Pay

5) Wait a few weeks and collect.

If i want to use a certain last but to do a diff model eg loafer using their rtw derby last. This will be custom n not MTO is it?

Thanks. Has to be with Ed? Cannot do walk in at Millenia?
I am asking because I am out of country often.

What's your experience like in terms of MTO with them? Review? Thanks.

Does Ed allow the customer to make slight modifications to the last for MTO? Like widen the toebox, lower instep height, narrow the heel etc.

Last time I ask him which was 2 years ago, he will allow some modifications to allow the last to adapt to your foot shape.
