A lot of Maganni shoes are blake stitch. They do some goodyear welted one as well. Do make sure you are buying the right one. You can buy them from Nordstrom. A few models are currently on sale and they do free shipping.

If i am not wrong, he (lirahs) was sharing info in response to your post than forcing u to read thru about shoes construction. The least u could do is thank him before ranting..

Maganni's blake stitch uses a damm solid and thick leather insole to outsole connection tgat is much more solid than the usual goodyear gemming method. Styleforum has cutaways.

Only prob is the stitch aloft in sockliner that some people hate
