I've tried the Inca, Rain and Alcudia last of my usual size UK7, but still felt very snug. Is it bcos it's E width or something related to the sole waist?

The edge treatment and finishing is pretty fantastic, plus the outer sole is closed channel, no stitching revealed (More favorable imo).

Inca and Rain lasts are EE width with the exception of Alcudia (E width). And your feet still feel snug with EE width despite being wider? Did you wear socks upon wearing the shoes? How is the thickness of the socks as that could possibly play a role.

closed channel is a normal Carmina feature not a Kevin-Seah-Carmina feature right?

It's a Carmina feature. KS don't do shoe, but merely retailing their shoes.

My socks is the usual dress socks, those of 1-2mm thickness.

They don't offer anything in Simpson last? I would find the Simpson last more attractive than the 3 lasts u mentioned.

No, but perhaps 1/2 size up might help.

Anyway, can I ask, for carmina shoe tree, there's 2 model -- PERNI 0001 and 0002. Is the 0001 meant for oxford, monk, derby while 0002 is meant for loafer, moccasin etc?

What heel liners brand did you utilised? I tried using Dr Scholl's heel leather liners but after prolonged wear, blebs and blisters greeted me on my heels. Maybe because there's still slight, marginal heel slippage. Thus, decided to just tout those pair of shoes. But still, Simpson lasts are beguiling and irresistible.
