You can't get new ones, except on eBay. Right now, there is only one used pair for sale I believe, and at size 12A. Just buy your AEs online, perhaps through Amazon like me. (online shopping for size-sensitive stuff really needs a sh**load of research)

I have the same question as well!
Recently bought a suede chukka but it has a leather sole. I'm going to use it to walk around snow, so will really need more grip.
