Hi .. can i ask how you guys handle whatsapp calls without a popup?

When someone calls through whatsapp it just rings.. no Ui for answering

Hi can you check if required permissions are granted to Whatsapp call? Sometimes it is due to permission settings.

Check under System setting's permission, find Whatsapp in the list. Usually the notification or pop up was disabled esp after a certain OS update.

Had this issue with Samsung before.

Hi thanks for the reply, I enable everything already and calls in whatsapp just sound notification comes out.. the answer User interface does not popup..

Do i need to reinstall whatsapp again? Or is it possible that its a bug in the hyper os rom?

The battery drained seriously very very fast. Actually I'm thinking of going to the service centre and do a check, they say only if the battery health is below 80% then they will replace the battery for free for you.

I have just checked the Xiaomi state of health - the battery life is 88%. This does not actually qualify for a battery change. It need to be 80% and below. If I want to change the battery it will be $88, if I change the battery outside, the warranty will be voided. On settings, battery there, you can see your application usage which take up the most battery for me is YouTube and brave. What is yours

The phone actually does not lag at all

you will need to go to the Xiaomi Service centre to do this. They will tell you the battery state of health. There's no other software that can do this.

Guys, last night my 13 ultra was burning hot when charging on the wireless charger (50W max)

When i removed it from the cover, there seems to be a slight bulge at the battery area.

When i placed a card against it, there are slight gaps at both sides.

Can anyone help to check their 13 ultra if the battery is supposed to be flat or there is a slight bulge?

Kinda worried as I find that the battery is draining quick these days.

Even when plugged into android Auto. it is still draining the battery.

Concur..get it replaced under warranty
