Any way to edit the apps appearing on the "Share" menu?

Previous iphone user. Just switched to Xiaomi 14 a few days ago.

After reading through a few similar threads on Reddit, seems like this is not possible.

I used Xiaomi EU on my poco X5 pro. But give up and flash back and relock bootlocker. They fixed the gpay with module but Now a few bank app, once unlocked bootloader, cannot use. Singpass also cannot use. Troublesome if use as main.

My question is if vanilla china rom, bank app, Google pay, Singpass can use?

sigh... rooting is so difficult now.

I believe previously some Civi models launched as Xiaomi Lite series but recent ones never made it to Singapore. seems like this model is not making out of China and India.

China rom = faster receiving all their updates

You might still see Chinese terms and phrases here and there if you snoop around Chinese ROM. But they are okay if you can read Chinese. If not, just ignore them or view YouTube on how to remove them totally.

The other key difference is Chinese ROM tends not to have e-SIM. If you travel frequently and don't like to change physical SIM cards, then Chinese ROM is not for you.

Otherwise, Chinese ROM phones can be 20-30% cheaper.

Just bought a secondhand xm 14, local set, unable to setup singpass due to 83-T991 error, anyone got suggestions?

Singpass helpdesk says: Thank you for contacting Singpass Support.



You have encountered error T991 when setting up your Singpass app due to an incompatible secure key storage module. This is because your device may be running an unrecognized version of Android, may have an unlocked bootloader, or may not have been certified by the manufacturer. As Singpass can be used to access personal data, security is prioritized to protect Singpass users. The secure key storage module is a minimum-security requirement for the Singpass app to work.
