hi,

Need help and advice: Purchase Mi Box 4k last year in IT Show....Working quite fine initially..but, had accidently uninstalled one of the App recently ....try to install it again...but alway indicated not enough memory

this is common problem for xiaomi. go to settings page and move some apps to sdcard.

Does anyone knows how to get Mediacorp's newly released Toggle with live channels to work in XiaoMi Box? I installed the apk, and when launched, it refuse to continue because there's no "Google Services".

Sure hope there's a solution. Really would appreciate watching Llve channels.

PS: The toggle add-on in Kodi's repository is an old version without live TV.

don't have to install toggle, not a good app anyway.

there is a kodi addon called "mr network tv". is has all free to air tv channels from singapore and many neighboring countries.

no HD, not even SD.

if you want to watch mediacorp FTA HD channels, buy a DVB-t2 receiver box instead, about $25 from Qoo10.

Mibox or other android boxes are for watch VOD programs/movies/dramas from many countries.

FYI, KODI 17 going to have support for DASH. This mean youtube videos @1080p or even 4K is now playable...

what dns setting you all use for youku , i tio geoblocked

tried this from some fb page but dun work

New unblock Youku DNS

These are the new ip no for unblocking geoblocked sites in china:
.
- 158.69.209.100
- 45.32.72.192
- 45.63.69.42
.
It is best to use it on wifi because wifi network has settings for 2 dns entries. By using google dns 8.8.4.4 as dns2, we can use unblock dns for china sites, and google dns for other sites.

The easiest way to change dns is to use dns changer apps, e.g engelsiz.
.
When unblock dns is enabled, you can unblock many sites in china. I have tested these few apps:
.
- mangoTV: can view all the blocked movies/drama, especially TVB series, HK movies, Korean Drama.

- 布丁视频(puding), 蜜蜂视频(bee video): can view most video with unblock dns enabled
.
- CIBN微视听: many TVB drama in chinese.

- 搜狐视频TV版:
Download the apps from pinned post or shafa market.
Download engeliz from playstore or link in the comments
Read the comments for a short tutorial.
