My Xiaomi TV 2 also can't work liao. Shows error "iCNTV认证已失效". Firmware is 1.3.37. If anyone has a way to overcome this, pls share. Thanks.

Okay seems like problem also same to some of the china user. Then is not local ISP issue liao. Think should be xiaomi box problem with icntv. But mine so far so good. Latest firmware 1.3.44 Mibox enhance version.

Try to use your mobile phone as hotspot and stream from iCNTV and switch back to your home broadband. It works for me.

Tried this but didn't work. Also read from some China forum to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 114.114.114.114, and that doesn't work as well.
