youku is down for me too, came out a message that no more supporting android tv box.

you can still watch dramas at togic, letv, buding apps. I using some of them and they stream from youku.

anyway my xiaomi box the latest version quad core ac wifi one has play store installed but i forever cant access the playstore any idea why ?

Based on my understanding, the Mibox does not support Google Play Store thus the reason why we are all talking about alternatives. In fact, most of the Chinese Android devices do not support native Google as its blocked in China.

This translates to why we are discouraged from buying phones from China.

ahh ! i see

my box was bought from HK and they jailbreaked and installed everything for me and i saw the playstore installed for me..
logged in and found out it couldnt be connected, but anyway i managed to install my apks through USB atm..

are there more efficient ways to install new apks ?

can anyone here point me to the jailbreak tutorial? I can't seem to install the drivers to initiate the rooting process. installed the wan dou jia, can connect but still can't find the drivers. please help....:)

If u need apk, simply use thumb drive if urs is enhanced version.. Mine also can't detect drivers. Jus live with it. No problem

install shafa market, from there you can download and install many apks.

anyone using xbmc GOtv? how do i view the log file?

when the stream fails to play, keep asking me to read the log file. i cant find the location to view it. Thanks.

Hi is xiaomi side over in china down? I am not able to stream or watch any movies. But I can download apps.

Choose a different mirror to stream. Some simply don't work. Trial and error

sorry, just got a xiaomi2. streaming drama series or movies seems very very lag...but streaming the live tv channels like cctv1, cctv2 etc is still ok.

i cannot use the icntv to watch anything. currently using a app call VST to watch drama series and movies.

anyone has any solution to this?

Now using pudding TV for watching HK serial stream from youku since youku XL is not supporting Internet TV.
