Haha see? If you read carefully there's post above that if you disable MIUI optimization the settings will be reset.you need to sync your Google account again so your contacts will link to WhatsApp. So simple then everything will be ok.

sometime i just wonder why they make their FW so unfriendly for user just to enable a very simple and common notification that many user will need?

they really so kia su to optimize every bit to save battery so can claim their phone has the most lasting battery life?

Guys, what casing you use ah? Tried few cases from aliexpress but still the 108mp back camera still protrude.

Ps. No overheating here, eu rom.

I'm using this case. Shipped from taobao. Yea many cases are too thin and the camera hump protrudes out quite a bit. I pasted a camera protector + this case which also protects the camera.

Anyone has problem opening document files in whatsapp? - error msg saying cannot open and need to manually go to whatsapp file folder to open it.

Anyway just to share on the findings; I have 2 x devices with 2 different storage

- 128GB
- 256 GB

They are running both on same EU Rom at the moment. As per specs, they are on same UFS 3.1 but i don't know why the 128GB loads faster no matter how many games i tested it. smaller size faster? no such thing i believe. And for possibility of lemon set, tried with friend's 256gb fresh installed without any apps compared to the 128gb version. it still loads slightly slower. zzz

Just to add on, I ever saw a video comparing 8gb vs 12 gb ram. The 8gm ram also loads faster, more smooth and kills less background apps.

I think i had this issue before opening the document files when on CN rom i didn't look further to troubleshoot though.

i would say at least 2 secs faster, game tested; genshin, pubg, asphalte.

Did you try running AndroBench on both?

Not so fast! I must see if Mi 11 performs better than S21+! I don't deny that I love MIUI!
