Finally got my glass screen protector today.

While applying it, noticed there's a piece of dust under the screen, and also there are some scratches on the screen. I didn't use it outside at all while waiting for screen protector to come, although I did put it in a small compartment in my bag (with no other stuff inside) today. In any case, feel disappointed about the durability of the phone w/o screen protector, and that piece of dust under the screen.

Then again, it's $279, and it's not my main phone, so...

too late actually for that price just add abit more can get gd tempered glass instead.
not keen in flipcases myself, but anyway i saw the carousell seller using a leather flipcase with window when i collect my tempered glass earlier.

i hate the torchlight shortcut, any way to off it? at times its so awkward when the flashlight turned on accidentally when im holding onto my phone... as if im trying to snipe upskirts or what lol

My ultra slim clear case + glass protector costs less then $6 ... Happy with that not gonna spend much on this budget phone.

WTF! To add to my misery, realised the Mi 4i doesn't support high powered USB devices on OTG. WTF man. I'm travelling in a few days' time and now I have a worthless phone that can't read my SD cards!!!

Or if my phone is defective am I just so suay? WTF!!!

Works fine on my S6 and other mobile devices. Sigh.

Great. Found out the problem. Xiaomi doesn't support exFAT. Means my 64GB microSD card can't be read liao.

EDIT: Found an app, MLUSB that can read exFAT

yup fits nicely. The seller also explained to me about the sensor on the left shouldnt be covered for the sunlight feature
