is just a phone man, mi5 is around $100 cheaper with a stable global rom. I would definitely go for cheaper option.

For shop warranty can find sellers in lazada for that.

Just that it might not come with global rom and you will need to flash it yourself.

Update: I just download the global rom 1.5gb from Xiaomi site and use the updater to flash to global rom. everything all ok ., no need to unlock bootloader
