well i still think that mi 6 will delay till may period to release and mi max 2 will be probably 2nd half the year to make its actual release.

Official date for Mi6 is 04/11 in China. Guess is aa per schedule as both Mi5 and Mi5s price has been reduced recently.

Can you enter Fastboot mode on your phone. Issue these 2 commands to check of your phone is being recognize by your pc. 2nd command is to check the bootloader status.

Enter fastboot mode in your phone by power off the phone. Press and hold both power and volume down buttons. Plug in to pc immediately and release both keys immediately. The bunny with fastboot word should pop up on screen.

*Presumed that you have installed adb on your pc already.

Fastboot devices.

fastboot oem device-info

I suspect that your phone is not being recognized by your pc. Haven't you installed the 9008 driver?

It is fun once you read and understand all the processes coz you feel very secured in doing so and you know what to do if something has gone wrong by repeating the processes from certain steps.

One still needs to choose which sim slot to use as Data after reaching oversea.

Mi Max already so good for day to day use, I really wonder how they will make it even better. I don't expect 4k screen resolution on mobile phone, neither DSLR camera features, those things will overkill
