8 mths....he ask me to use the original charger...i using samsung quickcharger.....

It should still work but better replace asap. It happened for my S5.

Do not take any risk when swollen. Stop right there and seek medical help immediately. Not just battery...

Can use.. But scare it will bend the LCD screen..

Looks like the china developer rom has fixed the KRACK bug.. how about the EU one?

The huge wireless bug which was discovered this week. Will switch to EU rom soon. One question though, when I tried applying for bootloader unlock, it straight away sent me to the URL to download the mi unlock tool. So I assume my mi max prime is already unlocked?

They will unlock customer's phone bootloader only on request basis.
The tool is just a tool.
They will inform you when it's unlocked in a few days. If you have never requested it, then bootloader is still unlocked.

Hope anyone on the EU rom can help. After installing the EU rom I can't seem to use whatsapp. Everytime I key in the phone number to verify, I keep getting hit with a "there is something wrong with your version of whatsapp, please install the latest version from playstore"

I already tried rebooting, manually installing the apk from whatsapp website and nothing seems to work

Hmm.. Strange problem...

You are sure that you use the correct twrp and eu rom for either 32GB or Prime respectively?

Show me your Mi Max model, the twrp and eu rom files..
