So far the actual spec not out? I don't mind even it is the enlarged version of Redmi note 3.

Recent sources has said that Mi Max will not be positioned as a flagship product, but will be a value-for-money phablet Mi Phone.
Flagship phablet will still be the Mi Note series, with the Mi Note 2 likely to come in H2 2016, likely along with Xiaomi's smartwatch too..

Mi Max spec sheets once again got rumored to be:
6.44" FHD 1080p, Snapdragon 650, 4500mAh battery. Comes in a metal unibody design, similar to Redmi Note 3 but more refined.
