shop insist it is NOT india explaining ALL their 32g IS local set, 16g & 64g are either china or india sets, any true ?

download app from playstore is a pain 500kbs after many attempt at changing the 5MHZ channel to 36, 40... to no avail even my old tablet load faster

Thinking of getting 128GB Mi Max but can't find confirmation if there is global rom for this version. I know there is global rom for Mi Max Prime but can China 128GB set use this rom? Thanks
