Days ago, Xiaomi is polling for names that will be used for their mega-sized Mi Phone to be launch soon. Names included are Mi Max, Mi Plus, Mi Pro and Mi Big.
The final name for this unknown mega-sized Mi Phone has been decided to be the Mi Max!

Xiaomi has said that this will be the biggest Mi Phone ever!

Mi Singapore has now unveiled the Mi Max(3GB/32GB, SD650) officially in Singapore! With a 6.44" immersive display and large 4850 mAh battery, you'll definitely get a satisfying, MAXed out experience!

Screen size said to be 6.4", metal body with fingerprint sensor at the rear(back).
However, there's sayings pointing to Mi Max will be utilizing Snapdragon Sense ID ultrasonic technology for fingerprint reading, and not rear sensor too..

Would consider this if its gonna be a budget offering but doubt so since rumors say it will be using sd820 soc. Used before dell streak 7 all those years ago so size is no issue although admittedly it was too big for 1 handed usage. Nowadays 6-7 inch devices like lenovo phab plus comes in smaller form factor so 1 handed usage is definitely possible. 6.4 inch seems like the perfect just nice size for me.

I am perfectly fine with 6.4 inch display
I had no issues with even my 6.8 inch P8max and ex Xperia Z Ultra
Pocketing these are not a problem at all as all my long pants n 3/4 shorts had deep side pockets

Nah. Too big for me. Nothing bigger than the size of an iPhone 6S Plus for me, which already peeks out of my Levi's jeans side pocket and barely fits in a a pair of Ripcurl shorts pocket

Likely design of Mi Max ~

It's been confirmed that there will be no 'Mi' logo on the Mi Max, first on Mi-series devices.

Another news would be that Mi Max is likely to be equipped with an in-house processor developed by Xiaomi, with Antutu scores of up to eleven-thousand! Its performance overpowers the latest HiSilicon Kirin 950/955 by Huawei and Helio X20/25 by MediaTek!
